UK

The core participants of Sacred Hearts High School UK program are our high school students, and the trip is a three-week camp that combines language learning with cultural exploration. For the first two weeks, London serves as the base, with students staying in a local university dormitory. They will attend practical English courses in the mornings and visit renowned landmarks in the afternoons, such as Buckingham Palace, the British Museum, the Natural History Museum, Cambridge, and Oxford. The itinerary also includes attending a musical, allowing students to apply what they have learned in real-life contexts and to deeply experience British culture. The third week launches the “Grand Tour of Continental Europe,” starting from Paris and traveling through France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany. Highlights include the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe, the Grand Place of Brussels, the canals of Amsterdam, Cologne Cathedral, Heidelberg Castle and Old Town, and the Römer Square in Frankfurt. This journey not only enhances students’ English proficiency in a comprehensive way but also broadens their international perspective, immerses them in Europe’s diverse cultures, and leaves them with unforgettable memories and invaluable life experiences.
